Up for sale is a 1950s era Hayes Motor Co. Kaiser Frazer dealer license plate topper out of Lexington, Kentucky. It features red on off-white colors and reflective smaltz paint. This topper would look great in a collection of Kentucky license plates or old auto toppers.
