1912 Delaware Porcelain License Plate 1784 Red White Auto History

Up for sale is a 1912 Delaware porcelain license plate. This plate features the number 1784 and white on red coloring. This plate would look great on in a license plate collection or on a wall as decor in a garage. This plate was a part of our personal collection, but we recently upgraded it and so are letting the downgrade go.

License plates make great house warming gifts or gifts for someone who was born the year the plates were issued, and they look stellar on a wall in a collection with many different states and colors. It would be a neat gift for someone who lives in Delaware, a souvenir to remember a trip to the state, or even as decor to a Delaware lover.

Condition:

The plate is in 100% original condition, with no touchups or restoration. This plate is in great vintage condition and shows a little wear, character, and patina from use and storage over the years. Most notably, some small chipping near the mounting slots, corners, and left edge. The characters are all largely untouched. There is also some fading/loss of gloss near the "1" to the left side. This plate displays nicely and would be a great addition to a porcelain plate collection.
